I think Gotham Central booking likes to get a photo of Bat-villains in costume, for reference purposes. Or they're just really lazy- this is a police department that gives badges to guys like Harvey Bullock and Chief O'Hara. :D

Poor Chief O'Hara-his heart was in the right place. But if he needed Batman and Robin to help deal with crooks like Louie the Lilac, Bookworm, and Liberace's evil twin brother... ya gotta wonder how he hung on to his job. :D

the 'animated series' version I thought was a nice compromise between the movie & 'classic/camp' versions, but ya gotta get some stitching in there... ;)

Thanks, Gary! That's very gratifying to hear, b/c I actually had to throw away a 1st version of this one b/c it was too tranquil- just looked like an evil guy in a Worzel Gummidge costume. Then i got the idea of using Munch's "The Scream" as a point of inspiration, and it all came together.

Poison Ivy I definitely have ideas for, but I'm not quite sure if her card's gonna be PG or PG-13. :D Catwoman's trickier, b/c there are so many versions to go with. The fetish-y Michelle Pfeiffer style is great, but so's the 60's Julie Newmar version. Spoiled for options, really!
